Due to the nature of intimate wear, we do not accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as lingerie, undergarments, and personal wear products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customized or personalized items are also non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and order details. Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 5–7 working days through the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on the payment option used.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or product issues, subject to availability. The item must meet the return eligibility criteria. Shipping charges for exchanges may apply.
Shipping Costs
